Room 12 Visits the Supermarket
As part of our 'Food For Thought' topic Room 12 visited the supermarket.
When we were there we looked at packaged food to find out how healthy it is.
We focused on dairy products, bread, snacks, muesli bars and cereal. On our sheets we wrote the amounts of sugar, energy, fat, salt and fibre per 100gms.
We also found different coloured fruit and vegetables to fill in a different chart.

Welcome to the new school year ..
Only 3 days in and this new Year 5 and 6 class have had an awesome start. Everyone is working very hard, being kind and helpful to each other and clearly showing that 'can do' attitude. Always remember that ....
